1:30-2:30 pm - The Art of Speaking by Hershaw Toastmasters. Join us for a free session with Hershaw Toastmasters where you can practice your public speaking! In this activity, you can increase your self-confidence. You will experience and engage in a demo Toastmasters meeting. You can participate in fun impromptu speaking exercises with our members. You will become a better speaker, gain skills to become a better leader and communicate more effectively. Also, you will be given the opportunity meet with Toastmasters members to expand your social and professional network.
1:30-3:00 pm Gandhi's Vision and Philosophy on Peace. Exploration of the construction and honing of Gandhi's Vision and Philosophy to give us a universal and integrated world view. A lasting and relevant legacy drawn from the most humanizing and uplifting ideas from Eastern and Western civilization.
2:30-3:30 pm - Sahaja Yoga meditation. Learn meditation and relaxation techniques - open to all ages.
3:30-4:30 pm - Bollywood Songs & Antakshari. We shall be treated to Bollywood Songs for half an hour by some leading artists of GTA. We will present a full range of South Asian popular music - Bollywood songs, light classical, folk & Ghazal.
